We admire the tide and flow of human thought, incessantly charting its course through experience, memory, reflection, visualization, dreaming, and even day-dreaming. Executive profiles – Our CEO, Jesse Ancira III obtained a masters degree in public administration from Texas State University and has a professional background beginning in government and public administration as a policy analyst and legislative liaison. His foundation included evaluating policies, management, fiscal affairs, and operations of programs and entities representing an array of state policy areas including local government, criminal justice & jurisprudence, and transportation. Ancira also wrote and published formal staff Reports on local law enforcement grant management, and county judge supplement oversight. In addition to policy analysis,  Ancira led policy discussion meetings with Texas state agency directors and staff, and key stakeholders. At the Capitol in Austin, TX, Ancira was a legislative liaison to and among Legislative committees, state agencies, and Legislative Budget Board staff for development of fiscal notes (cost detail for item of legislation). Coordination routinely involved municipalities, counties, special purpose districts, higher education system institution offices, and clerical staff. 

After refining technical skills in writing, organization, and communication, Ancira leveraged his knowledge in the private entrepreneurial sector. Outside of Fecundity Consulting, our CEO is a sales consultant and marketing lead for a specialty foods company based out of Texas. Additionally, back in Los Angeles, Ancira has experience as sales staff and as interdepartmental  coordinator with a chemical engineering process and equipment supply consultancy in the hemp industry. Sales experience includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency as well as showcasing at industry trade shows in Portland, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and more.
